-Provide statistical information detailing local trends, inventory, and what percentage of the list prices the sellers are currently accepting.

-When deciding on an offer price for a home purchase, it involves more than just analyzing the other comparable home sales, an ABR designee is trained to consider other market factors, advise on every negotiating detail, and review various contingency options to the benefit of the buyer.

-In the case of NEW CONSTRUCTION , an ABR designee is representing THE BUYER exclusively. I will alert you when a builder's deal seems one sided and if necessary, advised when legal counsel is needed. Furthermore, as a former site agent for a home builder, I will provide you with input on which options and upgrades are most likely to improve the home's future resale value.
